The Civic Volunteer Ethos: Culture Built by the Community
As an officially declared association under the French Law of July 1, 1901, P2 THEATRE is sustained through genuine civic solidarity rather than commercial staff hierarchies. We believe that public interest culture thrives when community members take active stewardship of their local artistic infrastructure.
Volunteering with P2 THEATRE is not merely about executing operational tasks; it is an opportunity to acquire practical experience in cultural mediation, stagecraft, technical lighting, event production, and non-profit administration. We welcome individuals of all ages and backgrounds, providing comprehensive mentorship, friendly peer support, and certified attestations of civic service suitable for university credit or employment portfolios.
